We have proudly called upstate South Carolina home for an incredible 45 years, cherishing the charm and relaxed pace of our ever-evolving communities. Here, kindness and respect still matter—where folks greet one another with “ma'am” and “sir,” always adding a heartfelt thank you. We deeply value the hard work and dedication of those in manufacturing and textiles, where families dedicate their lives to supporting one another and their communities. 

Our experience spans over 30 years in customer service, sales, and service industries, where we have had the privilege of helping many families transition from old to new, witnessing the positive changes that can uplift their lives and their standing in the community. Philip has also proudly served a decade in the South Carolina Army National Guard, supporting our communities both locally and beyond.
